2. Get up early in the morning: Your bedtime routine will be affected by the time you get out of bed and the state of your wake. Your soul is always satisfied with what you are pleased with, since you go to bed early at night teach yourself to get up early in the morning so that the morning prayer does not pass and start your day with a blessed and pleasing to Allah.

3. Exercise: It is highly recommended in the morning when you wake up to do a few exercises to keep the body open and then finish your day with more activity. Exercise depends on how well you get your morning time even if it is just a few minutes.

4. Change your meal schedule: Make sure you do not skip breakfast in the morning by adding a regular meal plan so that you do not miss your next lunch and dinner schedule.

5. Find a job / study: If you are a student you will automatically start your student responsibilities by taking the above steps, and if you are working start your career with happiness and calmness so that your co-workers can do good.

11. Never give up on your life goals: Spend your efforts, your mind, your energy, your resources on something that will benefit you and your nation.
