INTRODUCTION
Before I was born and after I become wise enough to know the difference between good and bad manners, my hearing testified that this country (Somalia) is a country that has natural resources in the sea and in underground, but I have never seen any proven for acquiring and exploiting these resources.
Later years when I joined the authors and researchers’ section, I used to record all the data and information that I had found on blank pages, using different coloured dots engraved with the so-called miraculous power of the pen.
Unfortunately, during my writing journey, my pen never brought up to an event related to Somalia’s resources that were explorated, its fruits were harvested, exploited and sold to the worldwide markets to release from beggars and the hands of the poor that have been adopted.
On the other hand, I have written a lot about the resources of this country (Somalia) that have not yet been used, based on my research related on books and studies done by Somali experts and scholars from foreign countries. So, the question here is, that this country (Somalia) does not have any resources and it was an illusion that many of us have heard or is there a lack of planning from its people, which eliminates the hope of extracting Somalia’s resources . . .
Times are changing and we are at a time where our country’s resources should not be based on a story exists in a heaven on earth and can’t be seen. Finally, we are going through the awakening period, we claim that we have natural resources that Allah has given us (Only ownership without engraving) has been implemented, it is time to make an implementation plan led by the people (Somalis) who own those resources.
In the next article, I will discuss the obstacles to the production of natural resources in Somalia, how to overcome them, the direction and the role of the community in the exploitation of the resources, the greed of foreigners and the poor local ones. upcoming future projections that we’re not prepared for it yet.
